TYPE Z2FS 6 (New series)

Valve type Z2FS 6 40B is a double throttle/check valve in sandwich plate design. They are used to limit the main or pilot flow of one or two service ports. Two symmetrically arranged throttle/check valves limit the flow in one direction and allow free-flow in the opposite direction. For meter-in control fluid passes from port A1 to port A2 via the throttling point, which is made up to the valve seat and the throttling spool. The throttling spool is axially adjustable via the adjustment screw, thus allowing the throttling point to be adjusted. Flow flowing back from the service port A2 moves the valve seat against spring in the direction of the throttling spool, causing the valve to act as a check valve and allowing free-flow. Depending upon the way in which the valve is installed, the throttling effect can be arranged as a meter-in or a meter-out control.

TYPE Z2S

Z2S

Hydraulic pilot operated check valves type Z2S are of sandwich plate design. They are used for the leak-free closure of one or two service ports, even for long periods of time. Free flow occurs from A1 to A2 or B1 to B2. Flow in the opposite direction is blocked. In order to ensure correct closing of the valve, the service ports of the directional valve must be connected to tank in the neutral position.

Hydraulic pilot operated check valves type Z2S are of sandwich plate design. They are used for the leak-free closure of one or two service ports,even for long periods of time. Free flow occurs from A1 to A2 or B1 to B2. Flow in the opposite direction is blocked. When fluid flows from A1 to A2, the spool is pressured and is pushed to the right, thereby opening the ball poppet valve which then opens the poppet. In order to ensure correct closing of the valve, the service ports of the directional valve must be connected to tank in the neutral position.

ZDB

Pressure relief valve types ZDB and Z2DB are pilot operated and are of sandwich plate design. They are used to limit the pressure within a hydraulic system, together with one or two pressure relief valve cartridges. The system pressure is set by means of adjustment element. At rest, the valve is closed. Pressure in port A acts on the spool. At the same time pressure passes through orifice on to the spring loaded side of spool and via orifice to the pilot poppet. If the pressure in port A rises above the value set on spring, the pilot poppet opens. Fluid can now flow from the spring loaded side of spool, orifice, and channel into port T. The resulting pressure drop then moves spool, causing this to open connection A to T, while the pressure set at spring is maintained. Pilot oil return from the two spring chambers is taken externally via port T.

TYPE ZDB - TYPE Z2DB

Pressure relief valve types ZDB and Z2DB are pilot operated and are of sandwich plate design. They are used to limit the pressure within a hydraulic system. They basically consist of the housing, together with one or two pressure relief valve cartridges. The system pressure is set by means of adjustment element. At rest, the valve is closed. Pressure in port A acts on the spool. At the same time pressure passes through orifice on to the spring loaded side of spool and via orifice to the pilot poppet. If the pressure in port A rises
above the value set on spring, the pilot poppet opens. Fluid can now flow from the spring loaded side of spool, orifice, and channel into port T. The resulting pressure drop then moves spool, causing this to open
connection A to T, while the pressure set at spring is maintained. Pilot oil from the two spring chambers return externally to tank via port T.

TYPE ZDC

ZDC

The ZDC valves are direct operated meter-in pressure compensators of 2 or 3-way design.
They are used for the load compensation as a meter-in pressure compensator in channel P.
These valves basically consist of the housing, the
control spool, compression spring with spring washer and the cover with integrated shuttle valve.
The compression spring holds the control spool in the open position from P1 to P,when the pressure differential P1 to A1 or P1 to B1 is less than 1.0 MPa. If the pressure differential exceeds 1.0 MPa, then the control spool is moved to the left until the pressure differential is restored.

The pressure reducing valve type ZDR 10D is a 3-way direct operated valve of sandwich plate design with a pressure relief function on the secondary side. It is used to reduce the system pressure. The pressure reducing valve basically consists of the housing, the control spool, a compression spring, and the adjustment as well as an optional check valve. The secondary pressure is set by the pressure adjustment element.

The pressure reducing valve type ZDR 10D is a 3-way direct operated valve of sandwich plate design with a pressure relief function on the secondary side. It is used to reduce the system pressure. The pressure reducing valve basically consists of the housing, the control spool, a compression spring, and the adjustment as well as an optional check valve. The secondary pressure is set by the pressure adjustment element.

TYPE ZDR6 DP0

ZDR6 DP0

Pressure reducing valves type ZDR6 DP0 40B/40YM are pressure reducing valves of sandwich plate design. It is used to reduce the system pressure. The pressure reducing basically valve consists of the housing, the control spool, a compression spring seating and a compression spring. At rest, the valve is normally open, and fluid can flow unhindered from port P to port P1. The pressure in port P1 is at the same time present at the spool area opposite to the compression spring. When the pressure in port P1 exceeds the pressure level set at the compression spring the control spool moves into the control position against the compression spring  and holds the set pressure in port P1 constant. If the pressure in port P1 rises still further due to external forces, the control spool is moved still further towards the compression spring. Sufficient fluid then flows to tank to prevent any further rise in pressure. The spring chamber is always drained to tank externally via drilling to port T.

Pressure reducing valves type ZDR6D are 3-way direct operated pressure reducing valves of sandwich plate design with a pressure relief function on the secondary side. It is used to reduce the system pressure. The pressure reducing valve basically consists of the housing, the control spool, a compression spring and the adjusment element as well as with an optional check valve. The secondary pressure is set by the pressure adjustment element.
